Please read and agree to follow these simple rules:

1 Please do not take credit for these sigtags yourself. They have all been drawn by hand by me, or are used with tubes created from my own photographs, and as such are my own creations! Some of the images are drawn following tutorials and are sold with permission to do so.

2 Please link these sigtags back to my site on your emails. Just add this piece of coding: <a href="http://www.denimrosedesigns.com">Sigtag by Denim Rose Designs</a> underneath the tag in the source code to hyperlink it.

3 I hold the copyright to all of these sigtags even after they have been sold to you. You do not have the right to redistribute them under any circumstances or to re-sell them. You are simply purchasing the right to use them in your emails.

4 If you intend on using them on a website page e.g. your blog page, please ensure they are used with a No Right Click script, that you link back to my site as shown in step 2, and they are only used on family friendly websites!

5 Please do not alter the sigtag in any way, shape or form (that includes but not limited to re-naming the file, re-coloring, re-sizing etc). My copyright tag must stay intact as seen!

6 Please ensure that you type the name required correctly as once the sigtag has been made and sent out, no refunds will be given for your mistakes. Up to 7 letters is included in the price of any animated tags. Special characters, numbers, symbols, extra letters, changes to the design etc are extra! Please email me for a price BEFORE ordering!

7 I reserve the right to change my terms at any time.
