Please read and agree to follow these simple rules:

1 Please do not take credit for these pre-mades yourself. They have all been drawn by hand by me, and as such are my own creations! Some of the images are drawn following tutorials and are sold with permission to do so.

2 Please link these pre-mades back to my site. Just add this piece of coding: <a href="http://www.denimrosedesigns.com">Adoption by Denim Rose Designs</a> underneath the tag to hyperlink it.

3 I hold the copyright to all of these graphics even after they have been sold to you. You do not have the right to re-sell them under any circumstances. You are simply purchasing the right to use them on your adoption pages.

4 Please ensure they are used with a No Right Click script, and are used on family friendly websites!

5 Please do not alter the graphics in any way, shape or form (that includes but not limited to re-naming the file, re-colouring, re-sizing etc). My copyright tag must stay intact as seen! The ONLY exception to this is to add names beneath the adoption for your visitors. But please note, these are NOT to be used in emails as sigtags! If you would like something you have seen in this section made into a custom sigtag, please write to me for a price.

6 The name of your website will be added to the adoption certificate which accompanies the pre-made, please ensure you type it correctly, as no refunds will be given for your mistakes.

7. If paying by Paypal E-Check, I reserve the right to keep the adoption available to others until your fund have cleared. No personalisation works will be carried out until full payment has been received.

8. I reserve the right to change my terms at any time.
