Anything downloaded from my members' area is for YOUR use only. It is NOT to be re-distributed in any way.

Please link any sigtags you are given or purchase back to my website.

Please also link back to my site any calendars or web sets you use. (Web sets come with a matching banner for such purpose)

Stationery is not to be changed in any way apart from inserting your personalized sigtag and own links. All of MY links must stay intact. Credit for the stationery and graphics belongs to Denim Rose Designs.

You must have at least a no right click script in place on your website to be able to use my graphics Preferably the no drag and no toolbar image script in place also).

My tutorials are NOT to be re-created, translated into other languages, uploaded to other servers, e-mailed through any groups, added to a CD collection, copied or altered in any way. It took a long time to write them, and I won't tolerate tutorial thieves/frauds/copycats!

The results of the tutorial are yours to do with as you wish - you drew it, therefore it is yours - I just pointed you in the right direction! HOWEVER, if you intend to make a profit from the results, you should not take all of the credit for the idea and should link back to my site. You can pick up a link banner to my site HERE if you so wish, or a text link would be perfectly acceptable. mint

Members of my group get 10% off all purchase ware on my site. This excludes any special offers I may be running at the time as they will be greatly reduced already. choc

Refer a member, make sure they tell me exactly who sent them, and I will give you an extra month's subscription for free. chip. If you have a lifetime membership, you can have a free sigtag for every member you refer!

All visitors to the members' area are logged by IP address and as such I will know who is sharing membership details with friends.

Anyone found to be stealing tutorials, graphics, sharing members' graphics/usernames/passwords with friends etc will have their membership revoked and no refunds will be given. ice-cream. My decision will be final.

I reserve the right to refuse membership as I see fit. I reserve the right to change my terms at any given time.
